The ELEVATE program also offers customized recruitment experiences, from internships to co-ops to full-time positions, to meet your talent needs.
Your benefits:
Event Sponsorship and Recognition (x2). You will be recognized in emails and signage for two annual Co-op networking events. .
Co-op Recruitment Events (x2). You will be invited to two co-op recruitment events, one each semester, just for NCE undergraduate students.
Priority Scheduling of Co-op Interviews & Information Sessions (x2). For each co-op cycle (fall and spring),you will get the best dates and times for interviews, making sure they catch the attention of as many interested students as possible. Maximizing visibility and attendance ensures productive interviews and connections.
Position Marketing and Promotion (x4). Your positions will be showcased on four career newsletters, along with specific promotions to the audience you specify to ensure maximum visibility.
Talent Pipeline Strategy Session (x1). You and your team are invited to meet with our Employer Relations staff to determine your recruitment needs and develop an annual engagement place, including communication, events, timelines, and major milestones.
What we ask:
$1,500 annual partnership fee
Minimum of two (2) co-ops posted for Newark College of Engineering undergraduate students per cycle (four (4) total per year)
Employer participation in two (2) co-op recruitment events
